Abbotsford, Canada Vedder Transportation Full time

We are looking for one (1) full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to work out of our head office based in Abbotsford, BC. We are looking for a hardworking, detail, and process orientated person to join our team. This position would work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day to day processing of all accounts payable
- Intercompany billing and employee expenses
- Complete cheque runs (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Process daily deposit slips and assist with banking when required
- Process government remittance payments (CRA/GST)
- Assist in setting up vendor accounts for payment processing and reconcile vendor statements
- Reconcile billing statements (fuel reports/maintenance/etc.)
- Responsible for collecting, sorting, and confirming daily payables
- Keep reconciliation spreadsheets updated
- Completing other paperwork as required
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time
