3D Property Management Inc. is recruiting at least one Manager for International Support Services with Indian experience

for a full time position.

The position will see you responsible for:

- Managing the stakeholders based across various geographic areas from the New Brunswick Market
- Project Management; managing customer project delivery including cost budgeting, planning and execution; providing inputs on project strategy, budget, policies and major issue resolutions
- Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery
- Escalation Management
- Service delivery management and Devising strategies and driving customer satisfaction
- Managing diversified clients but predominantly Indian
- Preparing the month end packages
- Monitoring project progress, process excellence and improvement
- Managing the initiative driven client billing revenue cycle of the business unit
- Working on different projects as per the requirements
- A bachelor and or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of related work experience in international private sector (Indian and North American)
- Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi

In return for your experience, we will offer a competitive salary ranging for $60,000 - $70,000 and benefits package and the opportunity to work for a growing organization
