**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a **Customer Service Manager** to join our team, based in at our Head Office in Saint John, NB.

As a Customer Service Manager, your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our customers by developing effective customer service procedures, ensuring best practices are followed and providing leadership and support to our team members

**Responsibilities**:

- The coaching, training and motivation of customer service team staff to ensure they are performing effectively.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to set goals that meet their respective development needs in conjunction with the needs of our business.
- Hiring and training of new customer service team hires
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Data entry, research and follow up as required to troubleshoot customer inquiries and problems.
- Supporting the Sales and Logistics functions for our mills.
- Analyze business or operating procedures, processes, and workflow to improve efficiency.
- Comfortable interpreting sales metrics

**Qualifications**:

- Education required: Degree in Business Administration or two-year post-secondary education.
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in customer service manager role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities.
- High energy level with thorough attention to detail
- Experience with Majiq and Cognos is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Excel essential)
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
