CFM is an integrated provider of support to the world's most demanding industries. We manufacture, service, and install our customer's highly specialized system. We have multiple facilities in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia to serve Atlantic Canada, the North Eastern US, and the World.
We are currently seeking applicants for a full-time position of Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team at our 45 Gifford Rd, Saint John, NB, Location.
**Qualifications**:
- Education Required: College Diploma or University degree in Office/Business Administration
- Years of Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Administration role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Experience with JD Edwards software would be considered an asset
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external parties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive under pressure & meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide Work order support to our shop employees
- Assist with time entry and payroll for shop employees
- Manage purchasing & receiving for shop
- Purchase & manage office supplies for the shop
