Etobicoke, Canada Network Logistics and Transportation Group Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
- Handle customer support inquiries and provide timely and professional responses
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistics
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures or dental receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management

**Salary**: $15.50-$22.00 per hour
