America Fujikura Limited (AFL) is hiring two (2) Project Admins to join our Multi-Dwelling Unit (MxU) team.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting MxU projects by managing all project-related documentation and assisting Project Coordinators and Managers throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope, while maintaining high standards of quality and business satisfaction from start to finish.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTING OUTCOMES
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
to support administrative functions and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Validate and process administrative tasks
, including scheduling, invoicing, and documentation of key project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
by monitoring workflows and updating records as needed.
- Track and document project updates
through daily interaction with field teams, relaying relevant information to internal systems or stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute administrative reports
, including dashboards, attendance logs, and activity summaries.
- Enter and manage project-related data
in company systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to and manage incoming administrative escalations
, communicating with the appropriate team to facilitate resolution.
- Support the forecasting and planning of project deliverables and materials
by maintaining organized records and logs.
- Manage and maintain documentation systems
, organizing both active and archived records for accessibility and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Experience
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in coordination and/or administration
- Relevant education is an asset.
Great-to-haveskills and abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with written and verbal fluency in English
- Proficient in MS Office—specifically Excel, Word and Power Point
- Minute-taking or note-taking skills considered an asset
- Knowledge in agile project management software considered an asset
- Knowledge of key principles of document layout design considered an asset
- Team Player skills - Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
WORK STYLE & WORK LOCATION:
- Work Style
- Hybrid Work Schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from your home office.
- Work Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Work Location
- Surrey, BC, Calgary, AB, or Edmonton, AB
