About Us:

The Rich Group is a boutique real estate investment company based in White Rock, BC. With over 30 years of experience investing in all types of real estate, we're looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager support our CEO and management team with both business and personal tasks.

What You'll Do:

  • Organize the CEO's personal and professional schedule
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails (Gmail & Outlook)
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors via call/text
  • Schedule appointments and make bookings
  • Organize credit card and bank statements
  • Open and sort physical mail
  • Post listings on platforms like Facebook and Craigslist
  • Support light admin on tools like and OneDrive

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Gmail, Outlook, and basic admin platforms
  • Reliable transportation, your own laptop, and phone
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
