- Respond to comments and messages professionally
- Build Titan's brand voice in the recreation, aquatics, and construction sectors

- Fix broken links, update plugins, maintain CMS health
- Coordinate with hosting provider to ensure uptime and speed
- Assist with landing page and funnel creation for campaigns
- Ensure website is secure, backed up, and optimized
4. Online Marketing & Campaign Management
- Design and run Google Ads, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Campaign targeting, split-testing, budget optimization
- Monitor ROI, cost-per-lead, conversion tracking
- Build audience lists, remarketing campaigns & funnels
- Launch monthly campaigns for Titan's new locations, services, and large proposal pushes
- Monthly KPI reporting directly to the COO
5. Administrative & Office Support
Including but not limited to:
- Manage receipts, reimbursements, and digital filing
- Upload weekly expenses to shared folders
- Update company tasks, schedules, and deadlines
- Assist with proposal preparation (PDFs, formatting, photos)
- Help coordinate meetings with contractors, clients, and city officials
- Assist with internal communications & team follow-up
- Light project coordination support when needed
- Maintain organized shared drives and project folders
Assist with onboarding new staff or subcontractor

- Strong, consistent brand presence across LinkedIn, IG, and Facebook
- Marketing campaigns generate quality leads for our sales team
- The website remains updated, fast, and secure
- Administrative operations run smoothly, with nothing falling through the cracks
