**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process courier and freight orders accurately and efficiently.
- Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to clients.
- Resolve service issues, delivery delays, and claims in a professional manner.
- Liaise with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and prepare reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of customer service experience in courier, freight, logistics, or transportation (required).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (experience with dispatch or freight management systems an asset).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a professional and positive attitude.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
