We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team at the Gateway location.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Administration**:

- Create a warm and welcoming experience for all customers
- Book service appointments and follow-up calls
- Collect and record customer payments
- Maintain and organize customer files and paperwork
- Explain warranty programs and address general inquiries
- Refer complaints or technical concerns to the appropriate team member
- Check in and check out vehicles for repair
- Maintain estimating systems and update appointment schedules
- Manage updates to customers on repair status

**Operations Support**:

- Support the daily production and workflow of the shop
- Coordinate with vendors for parts and service needs
- Perform additional administrative or shop support duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of customer service experience**, preferably in a service-based role
- Minimum **2 years of automotive industry experience**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Team-oriented attitude with professional demeanor
