Logistics Administrator

**Cutting Edge Logistics** is a locally owned and operated transportation and logistics company. We have partnered with customers in brewing and distilling, waste produce, plant production waste, composting, food grade tanker services, spring water delivery, and reefer services.

As we continue to expand our network, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator/Dispatch to join our team based out of our Calgary office. This position will be focused on the administrative responsibilities but will take on dispatch for less complex routes, with the potential to take on more complex routes.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Upload inspections/road worthiness reports into the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP)
- Upload current and new drivers abstracts into software system (Axon)
- Manage documentation for current and new drivers, repair invoices, truck and trailer insurance and registration
- Create new driver file in Payroll system
- Update employee/driver changes
- Create new driver accounts in dispatch software
- Update 3rd party WCB
- Manage interprovincial fuel filing and trip reports (IFTA)
- Check client orders - look for scale tickets for filing/submission
- Dispatch for tanker routes

**What we’re looking for in you**:

- 2+ years administration experience
- Administration experience in a trucking/logistics company a strong asset
- Ability to maintain positive experience for our clients and our Drivers
- Adaptability to last minute changes
- Critical thinking
- Able to work a fast pace and remain organized
