Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. provides top global logistics solutions to over 1,000 clients in services including Ocean, Air, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Cargo Projects.
**Job Duties**
- Support overall warehouse operations, including inventory management, and monitor and manage stock levels.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to record and track incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the facility, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Organize and track meetings for management, coordinating schedules and preparing relevant materials.
- Create and generate summary reports based on collected data and post weekly operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
**Job Requirements**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative tasks
- Strong skills in data management, report generation, and analysis
- Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Fluency in both English and Korean is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40 per week
