**Summary**:
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Actively participate in the development of the annual work plan for the performance analysis of Metro Inc.'s loyalty programs (Loyalty reporting)
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of the annual results communication plan to various audiences (loyalty management teams, senior management for divisions / banners)
- Develops and produces a portfolio of reports to measure the performance of Metro Inc.'s loyalty programs. Identification of the data required, the appropriate sources of information, preferred business partners, and the preferred tools to be used (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, SAP Marketing, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Identifies the key performance indicators to be analyzed and harmonize the loyalty reports across the company's divisions. Identify and use the best practices in terms of data visualization to present complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Work closely with the IT department to access multiple data sources (both internal and external) and set-up the processes required for the extraction, transformation and loading of data required for the creation of loyalty reports (ETL process)
- Actively participate in the report automation process. Provide recommendations of which reports to internalize and the requirements to achieve this. Prepares and executes the transition plan required for the internalization of reports.
- Analyze the customer engagement with the loyalty programs. Makes recommendations to maximize member engagement and associated sales through the customer lifecycle
- Develops and presents training content aimed at education internal stakeholders on loyalty program performance and the interpretation of the results. Makes sure to simplify complex ideas in order to maximize the understanding of training participants.
- Develops and executes performance reports for various partners involved in Metro Inc.'s loyalty programs (ex. Financial institutions, gas companies, manufacturers, etc.) Customize these reports according to the needs of each type of partnership.
- Identifies and develops new reports based on the evolving needs of the loyalty management teams. Demonstrates creativity and innovation in reporting on an ongoing basis (ex. Implementation of new tools, optimization of visual presentations of results, best practices in loyalty program performance measurement, etc.)
- Regularly interacts with several external analytical partners (dunnhumby, Dialog Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Actively participates in the development of presentations / documents dealing with the performance of the company's loyalty programs and intended for external audiences. Ensures the accuracy of the information provided and makes recommendations regarding the data / results that can improve these presentations.
- Collaborates closely with the loyalty management teams and the various groups of the customer Intelligence team of Metro Inc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Administration with a specialty in Business Intelligence
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience analyzing data, creation of reports and the interpretation of data from a variety of data sources
- Proficiency using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Tableau or Business Object
- Proficiency with programming tools such as Python, SQL, SAS or R
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and retail industry a strong asset
- Knowledge of data loading techniques (ETL)
- Bilingual an asset (English & French)
