Business Analyst ONSITE - 222 Jarvis Street - From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home - From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully 7 month contract 2 Openings - 2 Submissions Government Services Integration Cluster - Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Roles and Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to: Operations Audit Lead: Maintain SUS platform user lifecycle management processesPeriodic platform user auditClient follow-up and remediation Platform Log and Audit Lead: Product management of SUS Audit and common Logging componentsSpecification documentation upkeep (requirements and system capabilities for platform and applications)User guide and training material upkeep.New requirements management (definition, implementation scheduling etc.)Implementation validation and sign-offPeriodic review of platform audit data and reports to identify abnormal usage patterns and initiate corrective actionOnboarding and project support for application auditHigh level effort and resource assessment Performance and Security Analyst: Generate monthly reports on platform performanceMonitor vulnerability reports and track security patchingService Management statistics (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Outage, SLA etc.)Transaction volume statistics (Gateway transactions, DB transactions, API transactions etc.)Audit status and issues Service Inventory Manager: Manage SUS Service Description documentationManage SUS components CI inventory (liaison to CMDB team) Must Have: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Demonstrated experience with setting up workshops with the business users.Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience with planning and implementation of releases. Ideal candidate should have the following experience: o Experience with Cloud Services Kubernetes (OpenShift) & MS Azure o Experience with reporting tools and concepts o Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills o Demonstrate initiative and responsiveness o Experience with CMDB concepts and methodologies o Experience with Remedy and/or eSMT
