We're looking for a driven and curious Analyst to join Bond's AI & Innovation Solutions team — the group behind our analytics platform and data products. This role sits at the intersection of product management, analytics, and emerging technology. You'll help shape how Bond advances new data-driven products, builds proof-of-concepts, and communicates innovation to partners and clients.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys connecting ideas across disciplines, and can translate technical concepts into clear and compelling stories — both visually and verbally. You'll collaborate closely with internal data teams, product leads, and external technology partners to help deliver next-generation solutions that power customer experience and loyalty innovation.
What You'll Do
- Support the evolution of Bond's AI ecosystem, coordinating projects, partnerships, and workstreams that span data, analytics, and AI innovation.
- Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors, supporting integration, collaboration, and roadmap alignment.
- Create clear and visually engaging presentations and materials that communicate complex technical or strategic topics to internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to internal and client-facing AI proof-of-concepts, including experimentation, testing, and light implementation work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across analytics, marketing, and product to operationalize innovation streams and track progress.
- Synthesize insights and findings from data, pilots, and emerging trends to support executive and client decision-making.
What You Bring
- Experience in a role spanning analytics, product management, consulting, or innovation.
- Strong communication skills — you can turn complex information into concise, well-structured stories and slideware.
- Strong organization skills
- Experience managing or coordinating with internal and/or external partners or vendors.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytics, reporting, or proof-of-concept support.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with the ability to self-direct and prioritize.
- A plus: prior experience with AI tools, APIs, , Google ADK, Snowflake, or cloud-based data platforms.
Bond is proudly recognized as a Great Place to Work and Best Managed Company. We're 800(ish) people working tirelessly together to make the world a more loyal place. You'll be joining a hyper-talented team with a galaxy of skill sets ranging from research to creative to digital and beyond. You'll have an excellent opportunity to grow, learn and make an impact as we tackle some of our client's biggest business challenges.
At Bond, we are proud to be a diverse organization, and we are committed to building and fostering an environment where our employees feel included, valued, and heard. Our belief is that a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion enables us to truly create equal opportunity and positive employment experiences for everyone. We encourage applications from Indigenous peoples, racialized people, people with disabilities, people from gender and sexually diverse communities, and people with intersectional identities.
Please connect with our People & Values team should you require any accommodation.
