**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Superviser le cycle complet du recrutement et les demandes de stages (révision des descriptions de postes, affichage des offres d’emploi, planification des entrevues, vérification des références, rédaction des contrats de travail);
- Accueillir les nouveaux employés et organiser les réunions d’intégration;
- Administrer le régime d’assurance collective et le RVER;
- Effectuer des suivis réguliers des dossiers d’arrêt de travail et d’invalidité;
- Faire les suivis des permis de travail et les demandes d’offre d’emploi validée;
- Procéder aux démarches nécessaires concernant les accidents de travail (remplir les documents CNESST, remettre les assignations temporaires, faire des expertises médicales, demander le BEM et le partage des coûts d’imputation);
- Organiser et préparer les réunions pour le Comité de Santé et Sécurité au travail;
- Inscrire les employés aux formations SST obligatoires;
- Soutenir et conseiller les gestionnaires dans les relations de travail;
- Participer à l’évaluation du maintien de l’équité salariale et à la formation 1%
- Mettre jour le guide de l’employé et l’organigramme de la société;
- Rédiger les politiques RH, les communications aux employés et les formulaires RH;
- Préparer les rapports et organiser les réunions concernant la Loi sur la langue française (OLF).
**EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES**
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou équivalent;
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais;
- Être adaptable, assidu, autonome et minutieux;
- Posséder des capacités d’analyse et d’organisation de travail et un sens des responsabilités;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement multidisciplinaire;
- Sens aigu de l'intégrité et de la discrétion pour assurer la confidentialité;
- Connaissance de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Visio;
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et le sens de l’urgence.

**TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Onboard new employees and organize presentation meetings; Administer the VRSP and the group benefits plan;
- Perform all the necessary follows up on work injuries (complete CNESST forms & temporary assignments and request independent medical evaluations);
- Follow up on work permits and prepare requests for valid job offers.
- Organize and prepare the Health and Safety committee meetings;
- Register employees to the mandatory Health and Safety trainings;
- Support and counsel managers with labour relations matters;
- Participate in the pay equity audit and 1% workforce training;
- Update the Employee Handbook and the company organizational chart (Visio); Draft HR policies, safety procedures, and memos to employees;
- Prepare reports and organize meetings with respect to the French Language Act (OLF).
**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
- Be adaptable, persistent, independent and detailed-oriented;
- Possess analytical and organization skills, and a sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team and in a multidisciplinary environment;
- Strong sense of integrity and discretion to ensure confidentiality
