**Job Tasks**
- Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Administering employee benefits programs and providing assistance to employees with inquiries related to benefits.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Conducting training sessions on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and safety protocols.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Coordinating and preparing for annual Good Distribution Practice audits for Costco, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- CNESST/WSIB management and claims.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborating with management to identify talent development needs and create strategies for employee growth and career advancement.
- Preform any additional duties given

**Requirements**:

- Fluently bilingual in French & English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work and communicate independently, efficiently, and as a team
- Ability to build relationships effectively
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Strong active listening in both English and French
- 2-years' experience in Human Resources or Human Relations
- Certificate or bachelor's degree is required.

**Tâches**
- Superviser le processus de recrutement et d'intégration, en veillant à ce que les nouveaux employés vivent une expérience positive et sans heurts.
- Gérer les relations avec les employés, y compris la résolution des conflits, la gestion des performances et les mesures disciplinaires le cas échéant.
- Administrer les programmes d'avantages sociaux des employés et fournir une assistance aux employés pour toute question relative aux avantages sociaux.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures en matière de ressources humaines dans le respect du droit du travail et des normes de l'entreprise.
- Organiser des séances de formation sur divers sujets liés aux ressources humaines, notamment la diversité et l'inclusion, la prévention du harcèlement et les protocoles de sécurité.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et veiller au respect des réglementations en matière de protection des données.
- Traiter les salaires toutes les deux semaines, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la ponctualité des paiements.
- Coordination et préparation des audits annuels des bonnes pratiques de distribution pour Costco, en veillant au respect des normes et réglementations pertinentes.
- Gestion et réclamations CNESST/WSIB.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives d'engagement des employés afin de favoriser une culture de travail positive et inclusive.
- Collaborer avec la direction pour identifier les besoins en matière de développement des talents et créer des stratégies pour la croissance des employés et l'avancement professionnel.
- Effectuer toutes les tâches supplémentaires qui lui sont confiées.
