**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable Clerk**:
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Accurately code and enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Compare each line item on the invoice with the corresponding item on the price list. Ensure that the product or service description, quantity, and price match.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
**Receptionist**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the company's front desk area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
**Accounts Payable Clerk**:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
**Receptionist**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Dependable and punctual.
