**What you will be doing**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions
- Supervise and assist in training of catering team members
- Schedule and lead the catering team during events to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure events exceed expectations
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures
- Monitor inventory levels of catering supplies, equipment, and food items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards

**What you bring**:

- Minimum 3 years previous experience in catering or hospitality management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess proficiency in time management, problem-solving and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
- ProServe Certification
- Food safety certifications such as ServSafe or equivalent
- Class 5 Drivers License

**You will be**:

- Walking and standing for extended periods of time
- Pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50lbs
- Fully mobile and able to work in a physical environment
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary
