As a Catering Support Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our catering services. You will assist with serving, cleaning, and general event support to ensure that our clients receive a top-notch experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food setup, serving, and replenishment during events.
- Ensure all food is presented and served in an appealing and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs and requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area, including tables, dishes, and equipment.
- Assist with event breakdown, including packing up food and supplies.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver an outstanding service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar role is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexible schedule and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
