**Job Summary**

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager and Care Assistant to join our dynamic team.

EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF SOCIAL MEDIA, AND ADVERTISING PLATFORMS IS REQUIRED INCLUDING **:Google organic and PPC, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.**

We take our work very seriously and **MATURITY** IN THIS ROLE IS FINDAMENTALLY IMPORTANT.

**Duties**
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Google organic and PPC, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct SEO research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online consumer behavior.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques to enhance content visibility.
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

ADDITIONALLY, THE POSITION HAS A PATIENT CARE REQUIREMENT WHERE THE ASSISTANT WILL HELP THE DOCTORS ON STAFF WITH LOADING AND UNLOADING PATIENTS AND A VARIETY OF OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
