_Tread Well is an established multi-disciplinary clinic in South West Burlington. We are presently looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated social media _savvy _profession to build a portfolio, work part time with flexibility or to add a side hustle. _

**Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support products and services as well as other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and periodically update stakeholders on the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the strategy remains innovative, effective and compliant with all Professional Colleges (ie. College of Chiropractors of Ontario etc.)

**Content Creation**:

- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) that reflects the brand's voice and values.
- Coordinate and collaborate with creative outlets as required to achieve professional content

**Community Management**:

- Actively engage with the audience, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and build relationships with followers.

**Social Media Advertising**:

- Advise, Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance based on analytics data.

**Collaboration**:

- Establish synergistic relationships within the community to create local brand awareness and collaboration.
- Collaborate with local influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
