In this position you will work directly with the Marketing Manager. _**This role is primarily remote, but in person meetings & on-site content creation in Hamilton & Burlington will be required on an as needed basis.**_ This is a part-time role that requires 15hrs/week. Would be a great fit for someone freelancing, looking to add to their clientele.

**Salary**: $18-$20/h

**Requirements & Objectives**
- Schedule social media posts in accordance with our calendar of events & marketing strategies
- Develop & edit written, video, and photo content.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Ability to take business objectives and come up with creative and social media campaigns to drive the desired consumer behaviour.
- Able to effectively plot & maintain a content calendar in Excel
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of social media platforms; IG, FB, TikTok & current trends
- Experience creating high-quality marketing content including copy & graphics
- In-depth knowledge of Canva, Later, Trello, CapCut & Dropbox or other content editing & project management tools
- Knowledge of video creation & content photography, especially Instagram reels
- Ability to work effectively without oversight
- Excellent written communication skills & time management
- A high motivation to learn and excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry an asset but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
