Renovation Coordinator

d3h Hotels Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Renovation Coordinator to be the on-site supervisor for a multi-property hotel renovation project in Regina. The role requires an organized & detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for ensuring the project remains on schedule and on budget.
d3h manages 13 hotels in Saskatchewan and Alberta under the brands of Days Inn and Home Hotels (our own in-house created brand). You may not realize it, but you have probably stayed in a d3h property over our last 25 years in operation. **Responsibilities**
- Continuous communication with the Head Office at d3h as well as the staff at the project site, to ensure clear alignment of the scope & scheduling of the various stages of the project.
- Scheduling & support for sub-contractors, ensuring the successful execution of their respective scope of work in the expected timeframe.
- Provide specific site construction expertise, ensuring that expectations of ownership are met regarding the quality of the work completed.
- Review, monitor, and rectify any deficiencies in the work being completed.
- Ensure any safety concerns or disruptions are identified & mitigated as the worksites will still be in operation to the public during the renovation.
- Various carpentry related tasks.
- Ability to travel to various locations throughout Saskatchewan & Alberta as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to use at work.
**Areas of Experience**
- Previous experience in a field coordinator or site supervisor role
- Extensive knowledge & expertise in general construction processes
- Proficient general carpentry skills
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
