Duties & Responsibilities
- Building maintenance and repairs
- Complete small-large renovation projects as well as new builds.
- Supervise activities of subcontractor's personnel on larger jobs to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with Brandt’s standards
- Complete all work in accordance with Brandt’s safety procedures
- Complete all work within schedule and budget
- Work with the mechanical manager, project managers and designers to manage issues in design, material supply and coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Willingness to travel for work, with possible overnight stays #li-onsite

**Required Skills**:

- A passion for construction
- Excellent organization & communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent work ethic including the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Journeyperson Trades certificate in plumbing and gas fitting
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or industrial plumbing
