**Description**:
We are seeking an HR Business Partner dedicated to supporting the Contact Centre, Operations, and Customer Success teams. This HRBP will play a critical role in driving human resource strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

**CHALLENGES TO BE MET**:

- Provide end-to-end HR services for the following divisions: this role will be solely dedicated to the Contact Centre, Operations and Customer Success teams
- Oversee and implement human resources programs and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness that align with business strategies in areas including talent management, compensation, learning and development, and performance management
- Support front-line managers in solving Employee Relations issues through effective coaching, problem solving and ensuring adherence to appropriate employment laws and policies
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions
- Partnering with leaders to foster conversations to promote career development, training and development
- Overseeing HR policy creation and compliance to employment laws and regulations
- Work with leaders to develop effective organizational structures to drive organizational health
- Consult and coach all levels of management to build and serve high performing, diverse and inclusive teams
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Coach employees and people leaders to role model behaviours that support our company values and culture

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Over three years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a fast-paced and high-growth environment, and are eager to actively contribute to all parts of the HR team.
- Experienced working with HR systems, enabling efficient management and utilization of these tools.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and are resourceful in resolving complex issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building strong partnerships at all levels of the company, advising leaders on processes, policies, and other questions.
- Analytical with a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a curiosity for leveraging people data and analytics for business insights.
- Take initiative and have strong personal accountability for delivering high-quality work, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

**How will success be measured?**:

- Create a strong employee experience - supporting employees from their first onboarding experience throughout each milestone in the employee journey
- Provide world class customer support to our employees and managers - responding to questions about our practices, policies, benefits, learning, and other employee programs and events. Collaborate - develop, iterate, and roll out employee programs (i.e. professional development, leadership training, performance management, employee wellness initiatives)
- Care about data - ensure our systems, data and process documents are maintained while also creating and updating employee surveys, dashboards, reports, and metrics.
- Challenge the status quo - you will invest time in finding ways to automate workflows/processes to help us scale rather than sticking with how it’s always been done
- Own the onboarding and off-boarding processes - working with internal teams to schedule trainings and orientations, and lead communications with each new employee cohort
- Be a key liaison to payroll - keeping track of changes, supporting employee leaves and advising on any exceptional circumstances
- Be a Change Leader
- working with leader’s to ensure company vision and strategy are communicated and that employee’s know their role in the corporate strategy
