Cambridge, Canada Stonex Granite & Quartz Inc. Full time

Responsible for all sales activities on assigned accounts. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Develop new business, maintain current business, and aid in future growth, while following up with customers and maintaining relationships.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet and interact with customers, establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships
- Provide quotes for new and existing customers
- Effectively communicate positively and efficiently with customers, employees, managers and owners to ensure a positive experience working with Stonex Granite & Quartz Inc.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain updated records, files and manage account services through quality checks and follow-up
- Identify sales prospects, contact these and other accounts as assigned by Sales Manager, follow up on new leads and referrals
- Provide clients with up to date product knowledge to promote the sale of favorable products and materials, as directed by the Sales Manager
- Attend meet and greets with potential clients as directed by Sales Manager
- Keep Sales Manager apprised of current and new projects, and up to date with potential conflicts and areas of concern
- Provide reception desk coverage as required
- Participate in department training and meetings a required by Sales Manager
- Complete other related duties and tasks as requested by Sales Manager and Management

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated experience in sales
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in construction or interior design is an asset
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to organize
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Excellent team work skills
- Must possess own vehicle and a valid drivers license, travel to customer sites and other Stonex locations is required

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Will spend long hours in an office setting sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Will do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time
- Will travel to customer sites and between Stonex Granite & Quartz Inc. locations as required by Sales Manager and Management
