We are currently looking for a Full-Time Clinic Coordinator with great enthusiasm and energy to join our team at the clinic. They will work alongside other front desk staff members in a fast-paced environment to aid in billings and enhancing patient experience in the clinic. They must be able to work independently with low supervision and communicate effectively between patients and therapists to improve efficiency within the clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely submission of billings to Insurance Companies for MVA patients using Antibex Universal software
- Direct billing for MVA patients with Extended Health Benefits
- Communicate with insurance adjusters on all treatment plans and invoices
- Communicate with other parties for documentations in relation to MVA patients
- Coordinate with our Provider Network for billings of patients
- Respond to all enquires in relation to MVA patients’ treatment plans and billing questions
- Timely submission of billings for WSIB patients
- Payroll processing
- Other administrative tasks as deemed necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 experience in a similar role preferably in the health care industry.
- Working knowledge of Antibex Universal software is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Due to COVID-19, we provide a change in footwear for patients when entering the clinic, they are asked for symptoms. All frontline staff are to wear masks at all times and to wear face shields when approaching or greeting patients.
