We’re looking for a Manager who can take charge of our two Cafes, working with the only Oatmeal cafe chain in the World, with gleaming, design-first operations and a passionate and growing customer base in Ottawa.
You have a positive attitude, work hard, like being around people, and would like to join a start-up food operation in the fast growing healthy-casual sector. You have the patience, empathy and skills necessary to work with a young staff, some of whom may be in their own first job.

Work Experience: You've been cutting your teeth at a restaurant or cafe as a Manager or Assistant Manager or Store Manager. Managerial experience would be helpful but not critical. If you've been in the food business as a FOH or BOH and have developed your own style and ideas then we'd love to talk to you.. Education: College, CEGEP or University. **Salary**: DOE

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
