Royalton Wedding Consultant
**OVERALL OBJECTIVE**:
To organize and coordinate all events surrounding a destination wedding at Royalton Resorts using the Royalton wedding program objectives. To implement the bride and groom’s specific vision of their wedding day by working with vendors and onsite wedding consultants. To ensure that communication and planning is a positive experience for every couple, so that they may fully enjoy the experience of getting married at a Royalton Resort.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for maintaining a group level of up to 150 weddings across a fiscal year, with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each bride, groom and travel agent
- Responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients, showcasing the Royalton Weddings planning experience
- Understanding a client’s specific needs and developing a planning style to fit these needs
- Offering creative suggestions to fit with client’s wedding questions and vision
- Balancing wedding budgets in TravelWorks
- Work with preferred vendors to book excursions, wedding amenities etc.
- Travel to destination for site inspections.
- Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries and challenges.
