Our mission is "passionate people making vacation dreams come true."The OpportunityWe are seeking a Costings Coordinator to join Sunwing Vacations in Toronto, ON. This role involves building and maintaining products in our reservations system (TTS), including hotels, flights, excursions, and other products. The coordinator reports to the Costings Manager and plays a key role in ensuring accurate product costing and system updates.What You’ll DoCreate and amend packages and products in the reservations system based on contracts, schedules, and margin criteria.Ensure rates are accurate and properly displayed across distribution channels.Analyze costing components and adjust selling prices as needed.Coordinate promotions within the system for ease of booking.Test system functions during upgrades and provide support to other departments.Perform other duties as assigned.What You’ll NeedStrong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.Experience working in a confidential, detailed-oriented environment.Knowledge of Soft Voyage / TTS is an asset.Familiarity with Product Contracting System (PCS) is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).What We OfferRemote and/or hybrid work options.Travel perks and discounts.Growth opportunities and professional development.Free parking and a collaborative workspace.On-site café with subsidized snacks and meals.Participation in social responsibility initiatives.We value diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture where everyone can be their authentic selves.
