**About Us**:
**The Opportunity**:
Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Bilingual Wedding Consultant to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Bilingual Wedding Consultant, you will Help accomplish Sunwing Weddings program objectives through organizing and coordinating all events surrounding a destination wedding In this role, you will implement the client’s wedding vision by working directly with vendors and onsite resort wedding coordinators on their behalf. The position reports to the Manager, Sunwing Weddings, and will be located in Toronto, ON.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Responsible for maintaining a level of 75 - 100 wedding groups over a fiscal year, with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each wedding couple.
- Coordinate weddings and events with all resorts and venues offered by Sunwing Weddings in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America.
- Create and manage wedding budget spreadsheets for all clients.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients, showcasing the Sunwing Weddings planning experience.
- Understanding each individual clients needs and developing a planning style that matches these needs.
- Offering creative suggestions to align with each client’s wedding vision and budget.
- Responsible for upselling planning services to clients whenever possible.
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the Sunwing Weddings brand.
- Support Sales and Travel teams with checking wedding date availability and creating sample budgets to assist with closing sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to assist with creative blog and social media content.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Multitasking abilities and time management are critical.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and creative
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Previous event planning experience an asset.
- Previous travel experience is an asset.
