We are looking to hire a driven, people first, talented, _**Field Operations Supervisor**_ with an eye for detail and a calling to lead, mentor and develop Photon's team of extraordinary Electricians.

Reporting to our Project Manager, the _Field Operations Supervisor _is responsible for:

- In tandem with the Project Manager ensure successful, profitable execution of all assigned projects.
- On-Site leadership of field staff on multiple projects for successful execution.
- Active recruitment and performance management of field employees.
- Hire/fire responsibility for electricians and apprentices.
- Apprentice blue book review and execution.
- Tool inventory and tracking.
- Coordinating with the Project Manager, coordinate, schedule, & allocate manpower for projects and emergency service calls.
- Direct on-call service rotation to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage.
- Issue POs to procure site materials & tools, providing delivery to site.
- Training, development, and mentoring for field teams. Subject matter expert & support for staff and customers.
- Review and approve timesheets prior to processing.
- Supply and provide PPE for the team.
- Attend site meetings and provide leadership to site teams.
- Employee recognition.
- Identify site issues, manage scope creep, identify changes and RFI and review with Project Manager.
- Provide updates and cost to complete estimates to the project management for progress invoicing and project assessments.
- Leadership in the adherence of Photon’s and customer’s safety program and policies.
- Quality assurance and quality control for all provided services.

Qualifications:

- Red Seal Endorsement with minimum of 5 year’s experience.
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Proven track record of profitable execution of work.
- High competency level and understanding of Fire Alarm installations and serves.
- High competency level in trouble shooting.
- Master Electrician considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $43.84 per hour
