**About the Role**:
The Field Supervisor will report to the Operations Supervisor working collaboratively with the solar installation teams and electricians to ensure our projects are delivered with high quality standards and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Visit installation crews and perform QAQC on installs and safety

Provide post-installation service and maintenance to clients

Manage service and maintenance pipeline

Remote and on-site troubleshooting

Ensure safety policies and procedures are being implemented and followed

Act as a liaison between the field staff and office operations management

Training and management of installers and crew leaders (journeymen electricians)

Creation and improvement of documentation and processes

Estimating and installation for special projects (EV charging for example)

Planning and coordination with other operations staff

Faulty product replacement and RMA coordination with manufacturers

Daily reporting to Operations Supervisor

Client communication, coordination, and customer service

Coordination with sub contractors

**Qualifications**:
Ontario Master Electrician’s License a requirement

Journeyman Electrician Ticket is a requirement

1-3 years of supervisory or management experience

5-7 years of journeyman electrician experience

Comfortable working outdoors

Comfortable working on pitched two storey sloped roofs for site visits and training

Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Detail orientated

Team player

Excellent communicator with co-workers, management, and clients

Ability to learn new software and programs easily (CRM and PM software)

Passionate about renewables energy

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Toronto/GTA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
Ontario Master’s Electrician License (required)

Journeyman Electrician Ticket (required)

Work Location: In person, note that training will be in Calgary for 3 weeks (live out allowance, travel, and accommodations provided)
