- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the home.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate with clients regarding their preferences and any specific cleaning requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to client needs and feedback.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team in various environments.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
