We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the building materials sector to join our team in Scarborough. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to grow alongside a fast-paced, team-oriented company.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share across targeted customer segments.
- Identify and grow business opportunities through partnerships with dealers, hardware stores, contractors, and large retailers.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to the management team.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings when required.
- Work proactively to drive revenue growth within assigned regions and accounts.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Produce monthly forecasts and pipeline reports based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the construction or building supplies industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to pitch and close deals confidently.
- Proven skills in negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Comfort with both in-person and remote selling methods.
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a team environment.
- Must hold a valid Canadian driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
