**Future Scope**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement Platforms: Work with platforms like Braze or similar to optimize customer engagement and personalization.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies across various channels to improve key performance metrics.
- Branding: Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand voice and identity across all digital channels.
- Google & Meta Ads: Collaborate with the team to strategize around Google and Meta ads (without direct management) and optimize ad performance.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and optimal ROI.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data and report insights to optimize future campaigns.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
**Must-Have**:

- Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and branding strategies.
- Familiarity with Google & Meta ads (strategy).
- Experience in running A/B tests and data analysis.
- Strong reporting and budget management skills.

**Good-to-Have**:

- SEO knowledge and experience.
- Influencer marketing experience.
- Experience in marketing mobile apps.
