Leads On Demand is an innovative lead generation and marketing agency helping real estate and mortgage agents to grow their businesses.

Leads On Demand supports Search Realty real estate brokerage to support the best online tools and marketing to their growing team of 350+ agents. As well as Search Mortgage mortgage brokerage with their 30+ mortgage brokers.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns targeted to key audiences, markets and/or regions.
- Manage and delegate tasks to small marketing team
- Update and maintain all areas of the company’s corporate website; SEO, usability and content
- Ensure successful setup and deployment of both web and mobile campaigns - including keyword research, campaign creation, content & creative optimization
- Manage the implementation and optimization of Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize all efforts including reviewing campaign performance, and continuous feedback
- Implement improvements to ad copy, creative and recommend adjustments to landing pages as needed
- Creating and managing paid social campaigns across partner channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Communicate effectively and lead the presentation of selling in-house products, campaign results and actions taken to successfully manage campaigns in front of a group of agents in-person & online.
- Maintain company & agents social media accounts at a high capacity
- Create and maintain content calendars and copy across social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & Pinterest.
- Setup & deliver campaign reports using various tracking platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Minimum 3 years experience creating and monitoring Google Ads and social media campaigns to drive traffic, increase revenue, and grow community engagement in an agency environment
- Google AdWords or Analytics Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics and other Third-party Analytic tools
- Experienced in Google Adwords & Facebook Ad Campaign Management
- Experienced in GSuite products
- Strong background in digital marketing management and coordination
- Strong writing skills - creative copywriting and editing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines
- Strong judgment, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Design experience is an asset (not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
