Cambridge, Canada Bast Home Comfort Full time

Bast Home Comfort is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in our Cambridge Showroom. We are a leader in Waterloo Region for Fireplace, Grill, and HVAC Sales, Installation and Service.

As a member of our team, you will be involved in welcoming clients to our showroom, and guiding them through the sales process to solve their needs. This role is suited for someone who is outgoing, professional, detailed orientated, and motivated to advance their career. You will have the benefit of working with an established business and showroom, and a team of Management, Sales, Professional Installation Crew, and Service Technicians that all support Bast Home Comfort.

**Responsibilities**:

- Professionally welcoming clients to our showroom, and providing them with effective customer service.
- Providing a high degree of accuracy to planning, quoting, and follow through on projects.
- Providing prompt and professional support to client enquires.
- Consistent & reliable performance to the schedule & team at BHC is a must. Applicant must be available for showroom hours Monday through Saturday.
- Showroom & on the job training and support will be provided by the Team at BHC.

Qualifications:

- Professional, outgoing, reliable, detail orientated, team player
- Ability to learn new product knowledge and keep up with technical specifications
- Availability during showroom hours (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm)
- Experience with Microsoft Programs and current technology
- Drivers license and personal vehicle
- Sales and Customer Service Experience Preferred

Remuneration:

- Base Salary plus sales commissions
- Benefits including a health spending account, group RRSP
- Vacation time which increases with seniority while at the Company
- Office space provided in Showroom with Computer Access

**Salary**: $31,200.00-$75,000.00 per year
