Our ultimate reward is successfully helping our coworkers achieve and develop within our organization.- Sales Team Lead role purpose is to support the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager with daily operations of the Team. The Team Lead will be responsible to provide their insight to the business and share knowledge with the Team Account Managers. The Team Lead will prioritize their own individual targets, while balancing the development of the Team Account Managers. The Team Lead will need to have excellent time management and prioritization skills to balance the needs of the Team Account Managers with their own personal targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve individual Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales targets.
- Ensure Sales Group monthly/quarterly targets are achieved through coaching and development of AM’s.
- Assist Account Managers with Mid/Large Ticket deals, as well as identifying refinance opportunities with AMs and partnering with other departments within RBFS to facilitate these deals.
- Providing direction, guidance and support to team members and motivating staff to achieve a high level of performance and productivity, by conducting 1:1 discussion focusing on development and growth of AM’s.
- Provide support for the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager.
- Working with colleagues in RBFS/RBA to continuously review procedures, looking for opportunities to simplify, eliminate or automate activities to improve overall productivity and service.
- Liaising with key contacts at RBFS and RBA regarding auction site related issues or concerns
- Utilize Salesforce to document and drive the sales process with customers
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years or more of relevant sales experience, time in previous role at RBFS is preferred.
- Track record of excellent financial performance, including over 90% in individual annual sales results for 2019 and 2020 YTD.
- Strong computer skills including a high degree of competency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM is required.
- Prior Knowledge of people and performance management techniques is considered an asset.
