As an Account Representative, you will manage assigned client accounts, address client concerns and contact prospects to expand account portfolio. We expect you to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. This role can be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. If you also have some experience in sales or customer service, we'd like to meet you
Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business
**Responsibilities include**:
? Addressing customer queries promptly and be the main point of contact
? Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure customer satisfaction
? Working to understand each customer's needs and creatively coming up with the right solution
? Upselling and cross-selling products and services
**? Collaborating with service department**
? Nurturing client retention and manage existing customer portfolio
? Assisting with marketing activities and events
? Maintaining accurate account records and schedule site appointments
? Sending reports on sales activity, account status and possible issues to sales manager
**Requirements and skills**:
? Proven experience as an Account Representative or other sales role (restaurant/bar industry counts)
? Experience in customer service is a plus
? Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with a CRM system is a plus
? Strong communication skills
? Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
? Assertiveness and confidence
? Goal-driven and ability to work under pressure and achieve goals
? Good problem-solving skills
? High school diploma; BSc/BA in business is a plus
