We are looking for an Account Service Representative to join our dynamic team of high-achieving professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. As an Account Service Representative, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting a portfolio of Group Insurance & Retirement (Pension) clients.

**The Account Service Representative will**:

- Managing an assigned block of clients, delivering consistent and proactive service
- Hosting employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)
- Educating plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefits
- Acting as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams
- Building strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients
- Collecting and processing documentation accurately and on time
- Identifying and implementing solutions to maintain a high standard of service
- Ensuring service standards are met and tracked regularly
- Traveling to client sites, including multi-day overnight trips (driver’s license and reliable, late-model vehicle required)
- Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed

**To be successful as a Account Service Representative with**Life Benefit Solutions, you will need**:

- Experience in group insurance, pension/retirement, or a related field (preferred, not required)
- A passion for delivering excellent client service
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in community engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
