Jim Keay Ford Lincoln is a family owned automotive dealership that has been in business in the Ottawa market for over 40 years.

We are seeking a hard-working, energetic and experienced _**Service Dispatcher**_to join our Service winning service team.

The Dispatcher main focus is to control, assign and monitor work flow throughout an automotive dealership service repair shop, consisting of approximately 15 auto technicians, while taking into account individual training specialties and skills of each individual to maximize efficiency of the repair times.

**Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday**

**Compensation: Commensurate with experience**

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
- A fundamental understanding of automotive mechanical functions.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- PBS computer system an asset
