**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for updating and analyzing data, creating reports associated with new enrolments, changes to member records, premium collections, and pension contributions, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and alignment with bi-weekly payroll timelines.
- Act as the primary contact for all Group Benefits, Wellness, Pension and Savings related inquiries from Team Members and Retirees; provide exceptional service, proactively investigate issues, and resolve inquiries.
- Support projects and assignments including our annual Group Benefits renewal, communications planning, Wellbeing initiatives, and facilitate benefits orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance and support with the interpretation of contracts, Home Hardware policies and programs, and applicable legislation.
- Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of our programs and an exemplary Team Member experience.
- Ensure process documents are maintained and updated regularly to reflect legislation, policy, and contractual changes. Continuously review and identify opportunities to improve our practices and processes.

**What we’re looking for**:

- College diploma with 1- 2 years of related experience. A CEBS certification and/or diploma in Human Resources would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of Group Benefits, Retirement & Savings programs and processes, and applicable legislation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a high focus on attention to accuracy and detail. Strong discretion and judgement to manage sensitive and confidential personal matters.
- Passion to enhance Team Member wellbeing.
- Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel skills). Experience with an HRIS system would be considered an asset.
- Highly self-motivated with an ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills. Committed to enhancing the Team Member experience.
- Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work additional or varied hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
