**Purpose of an Outside Sales Representative**:
The Sales Representative will service multiple dealers across Western Canada.'¯ You must be able to commute and **travel daily** within Calgary,**Alberta & Surrounding Areas**.** The position involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and encouraging the adoption and usage of our programs within the current and future dealers in the designated area.'¯

- Dealer Engagement: You offer an exceptional client experience by providing support, the best client experience and connecting on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
- Problem-Solving: Listen, ask questions, and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer's shoes to efficiently resolve issues.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Act like an owner by taking accountability for issues, and knowing when to collaborate and use your team to find the right solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understand of the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommending products that will help achieve their financial goals.
- Goal Achievement: You are competitive and motivated to achieve and exceed the metrics assigned to you by your manager.

**Requirements**of an Outside Sales Representative**:
- **MUST be located in Alberta or British Columbia.**:
- 3-5 years of related sales experience
- Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
- Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory regularly
- Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
- Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
