We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Outside Sales Representative** to join our team. This role will primarily serve **Calgary and surrounding areas**, with occasional travel to **Lethbridge and Medicine Hat** as needed.

**Position Overview**

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will represent our product lines to collision centers and body shops, offering technical insight and helping our customers find the best solutions for their business.

This position reports directly to our **SE Calgary branch** and operates on a **base salary plus uncapped commission** structure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while growing new business.
- Identify and pursue new leads in assigned territories.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell automotive refinishing and repair products.
- Take customer orders in the field using a company-provided tablet and CRM system.
- Maintain accurate sales records and track opportunities through the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and limited training to customers as needed.
- Travel primarily within Calgary and area, with occasional trips to Lethbridge and Medicine Hat.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexibility for customer appointments or events as needed.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base salary**: $50,000 per year
- **Uncapped commission potential** — no earnings limit
- **Vehicle allowance** (employee-provided vehicle required)
- **Gas card provided** for fuel used during work hours only
- **Health benefits** after the probationary period
- **2 weeks Yearly Paid vacation**

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **3-5 years of outside sales experience** (B2B preferred).
- **Experience in autobody repair, refinishing products, or automotive supplies is required.**:

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Competent with technology — CRM systems, tablets, and mobile order entry.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must provide own vehicle for business use (allowance and gas card provided).

**Nice to Have**
- Technical background or product training experience.
- Existing customer relationships within the autobody repair industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
