Cast Supply is a family-owned leader in masonry and building materials, proudly supplying Alberta’s top builders, contractors, and architects with high-quality stone, brick, cladding, and specialty masonry products. We are growing fast and we’re looking for a driven **Outside Sales Representative** to join our _**Calgary**_ team and take our residential division to the next level.

**About the Role**

This is a client facing sales role focused on building relationships with home builders, contractors, and renovators across Calgary and surrounding areas. You’ll be out in the field, generating new leads, meeting with customers, and helping them select the right products for their projects.

Your goal: grow Cast Supply’s market share by being the go-to partner for masonry and cladding solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and grow a sales territory focused on residential builders and contractors
- Prospect, cold call, and follow up with new leads to generate opportunities
- Meet with customers on job sites and in offices to review plans and product options
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals
- Work closely with our Office Team to ensure smooth delivery of materials
- Track opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent Cast Supply at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

**Qualifications**
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or a related field
- Strong understanding of residential/commercial construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- **Position is home office based**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
