Evenica is currently seeking a **Business Analyst. **We’re a Microsoft Gold Partner that specializes in e-commerce solutions. We’re experts at deploying Dynamics 365 Commerce and we have our own portfolio of IP that compliments the Microsoft technology stack.

As technology leaders in our industry, we help our mid-sized to large enterprise customers achieve their B2B & B2C e-commerce goals.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to assist with our growing list of clients and projects. You will work with all stakeholders of a given project to collect, analyze, document and communicate business requirements for a given project. The Business Analyst will then be involved in the design of the solution along with ensuring that the design is executed as planned.

**EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND DELIVERABLES**
- Work with stakeholders (internal and clients) to identify and document requirements
- Work with team to build out functional specifications and overall solution
- Assist with project plan creation/management
- Assist in coordinating and communicating project progress
- Adapt to a range of projects & teams
- Managing and assessing project risks
- Work with Project Management Office on standardizing delivery tools being used across organization

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in an IT capacity
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- A problem-solving attitude always looking for the best possible solution for a given challenge.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Proficiency with diagram software/online apps (i.e. lucid chart, Visio, etc.) is an asset
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience with e-commerce implementations
- Experience with ERP systems is a bonus
- Post secondary education in a related field is an asset

**Note**: The ability to travel as needed is a requirement of the position.
