Business Systems Analyst

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Proven ability to gather Business and Systems requirements, having strong business analysis and systems analysis skills
- Experience in requirements analysis documentation; Business Process Mapping
- Lead and Configure system changes or enhancements on cloud-based management software
- Collaborating and working with software consultants to implement enhancements, new solutions and system integrations as per agreed scope
- Specifying changes to existing business processes and/or creating new business processes to meet business goals
- Testing and validating the solution to ensure all requirements are met
- Preparing training material for end users and provide training
- Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve technical issues.
- Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system bugs or issues

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, an engineering discipline, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Minimum 2 years of experience with configuring and implementation of cloud-based software solutions
- Coding, programming, and developing experience C++, Java and/or Python
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint or Procore is an asset
- Experience with PowerBI is a plus
