This individual we are looking for will be responsible for driving multiple IT projects to completion for some of our larger clients.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience and success with simultaneously running multiple Information Technology based sub-projects within an established business portfolio
- Must be able to self-manage, and multi-task with little supervision
- Experience with creating necessary documents (ex. technical requirements, project status, project requirements doc.)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to detect underlying patterns, trends, identify root causes and design optimal process solutions
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, including documentation (project plans, status reports, work order requests)
- Knowledge and/or experience with the following: MS Excel, Microsoft Project, MS Word
- Knowledge and/or experience with the following a plus: JIRA
- Strong ability to communicate with clients and understand their requests and needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
